Collaborating Databases
Interop DB integrates gene and strain data from the following databases, assigning unified identifiers to enable cross-database queries.
The Adaptive Laboratory Evolution Database. ALEdb reports acquired mutations and experimental conditions, supports mutation cross-reference/search, exports, and includes a publication bibliome across multiple model organisms.
Genes Strains MutationsBiGGr Models is a knowledgebase of genome-scale metabolic network reconstructions and an evolution of BiGG Models. BiGGr hosts genome-scale metabolic models, linking genes to metabolic reactions and enabling constraint-based modeling of microbial metabolism.
Genes Strains Metabolic ModelsThe Pangenome Knowledge Base. PanKB is an interactive microbial pangenome knowledgebase with pangenome analytics, alleleomes, gene annotation tables, phylogenetic views and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation function over a bibliome of open-access pangenomic publications.
Genes Strains PangenomicsThe Phenotype MicroArray Knowledge Base. PMkbase is built on BiOLOG Phenotype MicroArray data, using a workflow of curation, quality check, kinetic parameter extraction, and growth/no-growth calls to track strain traits alongside sequences.
